Matthew Podolsky

Matthew Brian Podolsky is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Tampa, Florida office. His practice covers motor vehicle and motorcycle collisions, truck accidents, premises liability, animal and dog bites, brain injury, construction accidents, and wrongful death.

Podolsky began his career in finance before earning his law degree, then practiced family law and bankruptcy and ran his own firm for nearly a decade. He sold that practice to join Farah & Farah and focus exclusively on plaintiffs' personal injury work.

Podolsky earned his B.S. in Finance from St. John's University, an M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Business Administration, and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2012. He was admitted to The Florida Bar the same year (#99098). He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021–2022) and is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
