Megan Richards

Megan E. Richards is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where she focuses on motor vehicle and other plaintiff personal injury matters. She represents both injured accident victims and medical professionals in PIP and personal injury cases.

Richards brings substantial insurance defense experience to her plaintiffs' practice. Senior partner Chuck Farah has described her as having a particular gift for case valuation — 'her ability to sink into the numbers to ascertain the true value of the case' makes her effective at arguing for full recovery for her clients.

Richards earned her B.A. in Sociology summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and her J.D. cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
