Nicholas LaFountain

Nicholas A. 'Nick' LaFountain is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Ocala, Florida office, where he focuses on motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall cases. He brings a distinctive background combining insurance industry experience with U.S. Marine Corps service.

LaFountain served as a combat engineer in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm before medical retirement from the Marine Corps. After his military service, he worked for a large insurance company before transitioning to plaintiffs' personal injury practice — a path that gives him direct insight into how insurers evaluate, negotiate, and contest claims.

He earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an HR concentration from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. from Barry University School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar (#89118) and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
