About Scott Miller

Scott Miller is a Litigation Personal Injury Attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where he handles cases that proceed to trial after settlement cannot be reached. He represents victims of motor vehicle collisions and premises liability matters from inception through trial.

Miller began developing his litigation skills during law school while working in the Public Defender's Office, and after graduation he joined a boutique litigation firm before moving to Farah & Farah. Senior partner Chuck Farah describes him as a talented litigator who 'can plan a case down to every detail from beginning to end,' combining skill and compassion.

Miller earned his B.A. in History from the University of South Florida, where he was inducted into the Phi Delta Alpha History Honors Society, and his J.D. summa cum laude from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Florida Appellate Courts. He is a member of the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, and the Jacksonville Justice Association.
