Tiffany Faddis

Tiffany Marie Faddis is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Orlando, Florida office, with more than two decades of trial experience advocating for accident victims and their families. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle, commercial truck, and wrongful death matters, including complex catastrophic injury cases.

Faddis began her career as an insurance defense attorney for seven years after passing the bar before transitioning to plaintiffs' representation. Her motivation for plaintiff work began in childhood, watching her single mother fight insurance companies after her brother's accident.

Faddis is one of the most recognized leaders in Florida's plaintiff bar. She served as Past President of the Florida Justice Association (2021–2022), Past President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association (2015), Past President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida (2014), and Past Chair of The Florida Bar Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2026), Florida Super Lawyers, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyers and Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers, and Orlando Style Magazine's Orlando Attorneys of the Year (2025). Faddis earned her B.A. from Barat College and her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she received the Presidential Medallion Award. She is admitted to The Florida Bar, the Wisconsin Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
