Tyler Pettingill

Tyler Pettingill is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where he focuses on motor vehicle negligence, trucking and catastrophic accident cases, and construction-related premises liability. Before joining Farah & Farah, he spent approximately six years on the defense side handling personal injury and catastrophic truck accident cases — experience that gives him direct insight into defense strategy that he now uses on behalf of injured clients.

Pettingill recently secured a $578,500 settlement for a Jacksonville client, more than 2.5 times the initial offer. He brings a decade of prior marketing and sales experience to his legal practice, emphasizing active listening and a client-centered approach.

Pettingill is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish. He earned his B.A. in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from Brigham Young University and his J.D. magna cum laude (top 3%) from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he served on Florida Coastal Law Review, earned a certificate in advanced legal writing and drafting, won multiple book awards, and competed on the mock trial team. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
