Rocco Marucci

Rocco G. Marucci, Esq. is a Senior Trial Attorney at Fasig | Brooks Law Offices, with three decades of litigation experience in personal injury, first-party property insurance, family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He has appeared in courts across Florida and brings particular expertise in vehicle negligence, first-party property, and premises liability matters.

Marucci was appointed and served as a Traffic Magistrate from 2005 to 2022 for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, where he was instrumental in helping develop the first Teen Traffic Court in the State of Florida.

He earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump School of Law, where he was on the Dean's List and received Book Awards in Trial Advocacy, Legal Research, and Criminal and Civil Procedure. He is admitted to the Florida Bar.
