About Michael Fitzgerald
Michael Fitzgerald joined the Fitzgerald Law Firm in 2015 and focuses on representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases, including several multi-million-dollar verdicts. Before joining the firm, Michael clerked for the Honorable Alan B. Johnson in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. While in law school, he interned with the Federal Public Defender's office. Michael graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2011 with degrees in History and Philosophy, and earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2014, where he was awarded Order of the Coif. He wrote and published a Case Note for the Wyoming Law Review focusing on Worker's Compensation and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wyoming Law Review for the 2013-2014 term. He is a Board Member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and was named Member of the Year by that organization in 2022. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2023.
