Mark Vogt

Mark A. Vogt devotes his practice entirely to plaintiff's personal injury cases, with a concentration on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents. He joined Fowler Helsel Vogt in April 2011, after six years at Lang Richert and Patch in Fresno (2005-2011). Prior to his legal career, Mark served with the United States Peace Corps in Kenya, East Africa. Mark has obtained favorable verdicts and settlements in premises liability, car accidents, and truck accidents. He is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and has been selected to the Super Lawyers list from 2019 to 2021, having previously appeared on the Northern California Rising Stars list from 2012 to 2018. Mark approaches each case by getting to know his clients personally so he can convey the full human impact of an injury to a jury.
