Kristina Herbert

Kristina Herbert represents hundreds of disaster victims, including wildfire survivors throughout California and those impacted by the South Bay sewage crisis. She has obtained several million dollars for clients in major property loss, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. A cum laude graduate of George Mason University and California Western School of Law, she has been admitted to practice law in California since 2015. She holds that holding negligent corporations accountable creates incentives for enhanced safety measures that prevent future disasters. She is a member of the Hon. William B. Enright Inn of Court and volunteers as an advisory board member for the Earth Discovery Institute.
