William Harris III

William P. Harris III is a trial attorney who spent 26 years as an insurance defense attorney representing carriers including Allstate, AIG, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, and Nationwide before switching to plaintiff representation. A graduate of California Western School of Law, he handles catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and professional negligence cases throughout California, and has argued before the California Court of Appeal. He has served as both a Superior Court Arbitrator and Superior Court Judge Pro Tem.
