William Shinoff

William Shinoff is a trial lawyer who spent nine years representing school districts and public entities at a prominent Southern California public entity defense firm before transitioning to plaintiff work. A cum laude graduate of California Western School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review, he attended the University of Miami and University of Victoria before law school. He handles catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, wildfire litigation, mass torts, complex business litigation, and public entity cases including social media harm, insulin pricing, and large-scale data breach claims.
