Brian Mohs

Brian T. Mohs is a partner and trial attorney at Fried Goldberg LLC in Atlanta, where he represents individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions involving commercial vehicles across the country. He joined Fried Goldberg in 2014 and became a partner in 2019. Brian is one of fewer than 50 U.S. attorneys to achieve board certification in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Before Fried Goldberg, he was an attorney at Nall & Miller focused on transportation and trucking litigation. He has helped obtain over $700 million in total recovery for clients.
