Matthew Sill

Matthew J. Sill is an attorney at Fulmer Sill, focusing on mass tort, class action, and catastrophic injury litigation. He currently serves as outside counsel to the Oklahoma Attorney General regarding natural gas market manipulation and PFAS contamination matters.

Sill's MDL leadership roles include State Court/MDL Liaison Counsel for the Change Healthcare data breach litigation (MDL 3108), Plaintiff's Executive Committee for Abbott Laboratories infant nutrition products litigation (MDL 3026), Co-Lead Counsel for Genentech Herceptin litigation (MDL 2700), and Lead Counsel for Darvon/Darvocet products liability litigation (MDL 2266). Sill earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Southern California in 2005 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. Before law school, he worked for a talent and literary agency in Beverly Hills and as a campaign official in an Oklahoma gubernatorial race.
