About Bret Stanley
Bret Stanley is a trial attorney with extensive experience in rideshare and complex multi-party litigation. He has been at the forefront of cases involving Uber, litigating issues ranging from driver misclassification to serious injury and assault claims, including participation in one of the first jury trials against a rideshare company under federal labor law. Before law school, Bret taught and coached at Travis High School in Austin ISD. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 2006 and his J.D., with honors, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2010. Bret is admitted in multiple federal districts and has played leadership roles in national mass tort litigation.
