Jared Trachtenberg

Jared specializes in all aspects of personal injury law. Jared is a litigator through and through, who is committed to exceeding client expectations and providing the highest level of representation in every matter he handles. Every client that walks through his office door becomes an immediate part of his family here at GGL. He prides himself on his professionalism and strong courtroom presence. After graduating from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (New Brunswick campus), Jared earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Law scholar.

Upon graduation from law school, Jared served as a judicial law clerk in the Family Division of the Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey. At that time, he also served as a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Trained Mediator handling landlord/tenant and small claims actions, having previously been trained by the Court to handle those proceedings pro bono while attending law school. After clerking, Jared began practicing medical malpractice nearly exclusively, but over time extended his focus to injury suits of all kinds, though he has significant expertise in trucking accident cases, recreational fitness injuries, premises liability injuries, traditional motor vehicle accidents, professional liability disputes, Consumer Fraud cases, catastrophic claims, and wrongful death.
