John Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon is a life-long resident of New Jersey and a board-certified Civil Trial Attorney with well over a decade of experience in personal injury litigation. Mr. Gagnon initially began his legal career at a well-known regional defense firm defending professional malpractice matters. However, he quickly realized that he would rather fight for the rights of injured individuals than defend big corporations and insurance companies. So in 2010 he switched sides and joined a prestigious North Jersey plaintiffs firm, where he worked on high-profile products liability, class action, and medical malpractice matters. Since that time, Mr. Gagnon has worked for and learned from some of the best trial attorneys in the state. He has tried dozens of cases to a verdict and has obtained countless favorable recoveries on behalf of his clients. Mr. Gagnon also has extensive experience litigating cases after trial. Over the years he has handled dozens of appeals and has argued numerous times in the Appellate Division. He has also argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
