About Sean McDonough

Sean M. McDonough spent his formative legal years as a trial attorney and tried over 100 cases to jury verdict, many of which involved wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and other high exposure matters. He has been regularly retained to "parachute" into complex cases immediately before trial to take over and try the case to verdict throughout New Jersey. By the age of 35, he was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a designation achieved by approximately 2% of New Jersey attorneys in their lifetime. This background has provided extensive experience in both federal and state courts, in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, premises liability , and catastrophic injuries .

This dedication afforded the opportunity to work on recovering over 100 million dollars for clients. Starting from humble beginnings, his entire career has been dedicated to pursuing justice for injured parties. In addition to his litigation background, he has been involved as a lobbyist for migrant workers' rights and other charities on behalf of various non-profit organizations. As a resident of Mercer County, Mr. McDonough takes great pride in representing injured parties in his hometown and surrounding communities.
