Byron Vincent Leary

Byron Vincent "Brent" Leary, II is an attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers, focusing on personal injury litigation and insurance claims.

Leary was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2015. During his legal education, he received the CALI Award in Constitutional Law I and Charleston School of Law's Award for Outstanding Pro-Bono Service. He clerked for the South Carolina Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Berkeley County during law school and worked as a project assistant at a large regional law firm before law school.

He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
