Timothy Stanley

Timothy Stanley is an attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers, with more than 25 years of experience in personal injury law. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials in both North Carolina Superior and District Courts.

Stanley began his career at State Farm Insurance handling automobile injury claims for five years, gaining insight into the claims process from the insurance side. He then spent 25 years in private practice as a partner at a Charlotte-based firm before joining George Sink.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with honors from the University of Maryland in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Virginia.
