Nick Plymale

Nick Plymale is an Associate Attorney at Gerson & Schwartz Accident & Injury Lawyers in Miami, Florida. He joined the firm in April 2024 after working at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's office.

He provides representation in personal injury and maritime personal injury cases.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Plymale earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Northern Kentucky Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cincinnati. He competed on the Mock Trial Team during his undergraduate years and later joined the coaching staff at the University of Cincinnati Mock Trial team.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar.
