David Tschantz

David Michael Tschantz joined the Gervelis Law Firm in 2011, shortly after graduating cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he served as production editor of the Akron Law Review. His practice is devoted entirely to litigation, concentrating on car, truck, and motorcycle accident cases that involve complex orthopedic injuries of the spine, shoulders, and knees, as well as brain injuries and wrongful death. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 2010 and to the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 2011, Tschantz was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014 to 2016. He earned his B.S. in sociology cum laude from John Carroll University and is a member of the Mahoning Trumbull County Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Scanlon-Bell Inn of Court in Akron.
