Richard Winograd

Richard M. Winograd is a partner at Ginarte Gonzalez & Winograd, LLP, concentrating in construction accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability across New Jersey and New York. He holds a certification as a Civil Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been designated a New Jersey Super Lawyer in personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability. He completed OSHA training in construction safety and health and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice Board of Governors.
