Sean Payne

Sean Payne is an attorney at Ginarte Gonzalez & Winograd, LLP, concentrating in construction accidents, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and personal injury in New Jersey and New York. He earned his B.A. in History from Merrimack College (2014) and his J.D. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (2018). He was the founding president of the Personal Injury Law Association at Pace University and is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Essex County bar associations.
