William Bacon

William Bacon is a Tucson Litigation Attorney at Goldberg & Osborne in Arizona, with over 40 years of experience practicing personal injury law. His recent focus has been on product liability claims, and he has experience representing insureds in bad faith insurance claims.

Bacon earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Suffolk University Law School in 1975 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Amherst College in 1970. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona on April 30, 1977 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

A native of Massachusetts, Bacon is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Pima County Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. He has presented at seminars on bad faith claims.
