Allen Leisorek

Allen Leisorek is a Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, where he represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries in personal injury cases. Born in Los Angeles to Mexican immigrant parents and raised in San Diego since the age of two, Allen draws on a diverse background that includes construction, landscaping, factory, and retail work to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Allen earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University, where he was a member of the collegiate cycling team. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law. During law school he interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, clerked at Hurwitz Holt Immigration Attorneys, and provided pro bono legal services through The Community Law Project for low-income individuals in San Diego.

Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Allen practiced personal injury law at Jurewitz Law Group, where he advocated for clients involved in bicycle, motorcycle, and car accidents as well as wrongful death claims. He was selected as a 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Allen is admitted to the California State Bar and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
