Chandler Roth

Chandler Roth is a Senior Trial Attorney and Director of Employment Litigation at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, where she focuses on representing employees who have been wronged by their employers. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Innovation.

Chandler earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a competing member of the National Mock Trial team, an Associate Writer and Editor of the San Diego Law Review, and a recipient of the David S. Casey Trial Advocacy Scholarship. She was certified under the State Bar's Practical Training program while clerking at a local trial firm during law school.

Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Chandler practiced at a prominent civil defense firm handling complex litigation involving commercial motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. She has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and commended for her oral argument skills by judges of the San Diego Superior Court. She is admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
