Jansen Hyatt

Jansen Hyatt is a Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, where he represents individuals in catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Born and raised in northwestern New Mexico, Jansen earned an associate degree from the University of New Mexico before transferring to Utah Valley University, where he completed his bachelor's degree in psychology.

Jansen earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023, graduating with a concentration in civil litigation. During law school he served as an Academic Success Fellow, mentoring first-year law students, and joined Gomez Trial Attorneys as a law clerk in 2022, where he developed a passion for representing individuals harmed by catastrophic events.

After passing the California State Bar examination in 2023, Jansen transitioned into a trial attorney role at the firm and has since helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars. He brings an empathetic, detail-oriented approach to every case he handles.
