Originally from Minnesota, Rachel earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri before relocating to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. During law school Rachel served as a judicial extern for two federal judges, the Honorable Karen Crawford and the Honorable Anthony Battaglia, and as a civilian legal extern for the United States Navy. She graduated in 2020 and was admitted to practice in 2021. Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Rachel worked as in-house insurance defense counsel, gaining a thorough understanding of how insurance companies process and litigate claims.
