Thomas Greer

Thomas R. Greer is the Founding Attorney and Partner of Greer Injury Lawyers, PLLC, a trial lawyer specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and professional negligence cases.

Greer earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science in History cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in 2001. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court (2025), the Tennessee Bar (2005), the Arkansas Bar (2017), the Mississippi Bar (2016), the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (2010), the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (2013), and multiple U.S. District Courts.

With over 19 years of experience, Greer's recognitions include Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (2020), Memphis Bar Foundation Fellow (2023), American Board of Trial Advocates member (2015), and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2012).
