Donald Bardes

Donald Bardes is a partner at Hardison & Cochran in North Carolina, named partner in 2024. His practice covers personal injury, workers' compensation, auto/truck/motorcycle accidents, product liability, Social Security disability, and criminal defense matters.

Bardes earned his B.S. in Business Administration from St. John's University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, completing the program in 2.5 years. He was licensed in 2003. He has approximately 20 years of legal experience, with prior experience as a paralegal in Arizona before moving to North Carolina in 2003.

He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (2003) and the Arizona State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for Arizona, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Ninth Circuits.

He is a member of the State Bars of North Carolina and Arizona, the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Federalist Society.

He is a co-author of 'Personal Injury Practice in North Carolina' (LexisNexis, 2011, Second Edition).
