VerifiedAbout Bradley Liggett
Bradley Liggett, Esq. is an Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. dedicated to plaintiff representation. He follows in the footsteps of his father, who spent his career as a plaintiff's lawyer battling insurance companies, and brings the same commitment to his practice.
Prior to joining Harris, Liggett worked in insurance defense, coverage litigation, and trusts and estates matters — defense-side experience that now informs his advocacy. He secured one of the firm's largest settlements at $6 million for a cyclist with traumatic brain injury and partial paralysis.
Liggett is an active member of the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association and serves as Board President of the San Luis Obispo Legal Assistance Foundation (board member since 2020).
He earned his J.D. cum laude from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2008 and his B.A. in Spanish Translation (with a Linguistics minor) from BYU in 2005. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is fluent in English and Spanish.
