About Philip McGrady
Philip McGrady has represented clients from across Montana and the United States in personal injury and civil litigation matters, including arguments before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and the University of Montana School of Law. During law school he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson, and taught first-year students in legal research and writing. After graduation, Philip clerked for Superior Court Judge Dan Hensley in Anchorage, Alaska, and for Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg in Billings, Montana, before joining Edwards, Frickle & Culver in 2005. Philip is licensed in Montana and Alaska and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers. He is based in Flathead County and handles cases throughout the state.
