W. Lee Gresham III

Lee Gresham is a native Alabamian who attended and graduated from both of the state’s largest universities. He earned his undergraduate degree in English from Auburn University and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Since graduating, Lee has devoted more than 30 years to representing individuals and businesses in complex injury, product liability , toxic exposure , medical , business, and commercial disputes . On June 1, 2025, Lee began serving as the managing partner of Heninger Garrison Davis LLC, a role that reflects his leadership and long-standing commitment to client advocacy. Lee has litigated cases in most state and federal courts in Alabama and also handles cases throughout the country. In addition to his in-state cases, Lee currently is representing clients in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Mexico, New York, Texas, and Utah. Also, Lee has presented appellate oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
