Briceida Ortega

Briceida Ortega is an Indiana personal injury attorney at Hensley Legal Group, PC in Indianapolis, where she handles personal injury, car accident, and semi truck accident cases. She is a Spanish-speaking attorney who joined the firm in October 2022.

Before joining Hensley Legal Group, Ortega worked as a public defender for Marion County and represented clients in immigration matters before U.S. Immigration Courts. She earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School in 2016 and her B.A. from Bethany College in 2013, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2016.

Ortega serves as Chair of the Hispanic Lawyers Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association and was appointed to the Indianapolis Charter School Board by the Mayor.
