Phil Tufts

Phil Tufts is an Indianapolis personal injury attorney at Hensley Legal Group, PC. Before joining the firm, he served as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor and as a trial attorney.

Tufts earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from DePaul University in 2012. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2016 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Tufts is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
