Nancy Amin

Nancy Amin, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman Personal Injury Lawyers, dedicated to helping individuals and families recover after serious accidents. Raised between New York City and Houston, Texas, her background shapes a deep appreciation for diversity, resilience, and the importance of strong legal advocacy.

Amin's practice covers personal injury, car accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability and slip-and-fall, and serious and catastrophic injury claims.

During law school at the University of Texas, Amin distinguished herself as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas International Law Journal, President of the Muslim Law Students Association, and the inaugural Squire Patton Boggs Racial Justice Fellow.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2022 and her Bachelor's degree with honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in June 2016. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
