Barkley Heuser

Barkley Dale Heuser (1951-2024) was a Colorado Springs native and co-founder of Heuser & Heuser, LLP, alongside his brother Gordon Heuser.

Heuser was an accomplished trial lawyer known for his skill and compassion toward clients while mentoring younger attorneys. He was a founding member and president of the Legacy Society, an organization dedicated to supporting young lawyers.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1975 and his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College in 1972.

He was admitted to the Colorado and Texas bars.
