David Zwerin

David Zwerin is a Partner and the Senior Trial Counsel at Hill & Moin LLP in New York City, a position he has held since 2016. He has dedicated his practice to zealously representing hard-working New Yorkers injured as a result of someone else's negligence, with a focus on construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death.

Mr. Zwerin gained early experience working closely with the founder of a small plaintiff's personal injury practice in lower Manhattan, where he assisted on numerous matters including a traumatic brain injury case against the New York City Transit Authority that resulted in a $16 million award for the plaintiff. Colleagues describe him as a keen analytical thinker who excels at drawing parallels from favorable case law and at drafting effective, efficient briefs.

A member of the New York State Bar since 2007, Mr. Zwerin earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. His motto is to leave no stone unturned, and his attention to detail is regarded as unequaled even in a field of detail-obsessed personalities.
