Background

Hank Stout (William Henry Stout) is a co-founder of Sutliff & Stout Injury & Accident Law Firm in Houston. Raised in small-town West Texas, he earned a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2004, where he was a member of Law Review. He has practiced personal injury law for over two decades and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of Texas trial lawyers. Hank focuses on serious accident cases including 18-wheeler collisions, motorcycle crashes, and wrongful death claims. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2012 and is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow.
