Connor Murphy

Connor Murphy is an attorney at Hoyt & Blewett PLLC who was inspired to pursue law by his maternal grandfather, a respected attorney in the Great Falls community. He brings over a decade of experience in state and federal courts, having previously been a partner at Taleff & Murphy, P.C., where he handled complex commercial litigation, insurance disputes, finance and banking litigation, real property issues, and estate disputes, including a number of jury trials. He now applies that broad experience to representing individuals and families injured by the negligence or intentional acts of others. He was admitted to the Montana bar in 2011 and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana in 2012. He is named to The Best Lawyers in America for 2026. Murphy is a past board member for United Way of Cascade County, the American Legion Baseball Club, and Electric City Baseball Academy.
