James Carlson

James D. Carlson is a Personal Injury Attorney at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., serving the firm's Illinois offices including the Rockford office.

Carlson earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2012 and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 2007. He is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin (2012) and Illinois (2012).

Carlson joined Hupy and Abraham in 2016 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, he handled insurance defense, product liability, pedestrian and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and slip-and-fall cases.
