Sheldon Isaacs

Sheldon N. Isaacs (1931-2016) was the Legacy Attorney and co-founder of Isaacs & Isaacs in Kentucky.

Isaacs earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky.

Isaacs had an unconventional career path. He initially worked as a registered pharmacist starting in 1955, successfully owning and operating two pharmacies before transitioning to law at age 42. He later co-founded Isaacs & Isaacs with his son, Darryl Isaacs, after his son completed law school. He served two years in a MASH unit as a medic during the Korean War.
