Adam Kemmerick

Adam Kemmerick is an attorney at John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his legal career in criminal law, building a reputation as a courtroom advocate with a strong jury trial acquittal record, and transitioned to personal injury law in 2018.

Kemmerick earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2010, where he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Advanced Evidence and Criminal Procedure II, and was a national quarterfinalist and regional champion in the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Consumer Journalism with a New Media Interdisciplinary Certificate from the University of Georgia in 2005, where he was student speaker at the UGA College of Family & Consumer Sciences graduation. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia (2011), the Georgia Court of Appeals (2016), and the Supreme Court of Georgia (2016).

During law school, Kemmerick worked with the Georgia Innocence Project assisting wrongfully convicted individuals. He received Top 40 Under 40 recognition from The National Trial Lawyers in 2016 and 2017 for criminal law in Georgia.
