Kevin McDonald

Kevin McDonald is an attorney at John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia.

McDonald earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2011 and his Bachelor of Science from Berry College in 2005. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar (2012) and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (2012).

Before joining John Foy & Associates, McDonald was an associate at a creditors' rights firm representing large national lenders, smaller financial institutions, debt purchasers, and the FDIC across general contract and business litigation, commercial real estate, secured transactions, foreclosures, debt collection, and bankruptcy matters, securing judgments and settlements totaling millions of dollars.

A lifelong Metro Atlanta resident, McDonald lives in Alpharetta and serves as a member and deacon at Wieuca Road Baptist Church.
