John Bailey

John Michael Bailey is the Founder of John Michael Bailey Injury Lawyers, specializing in motor vehicle accidents and personal injury cases in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Bailey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis. He is admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee (1979), the State Bar of Mississippi (2003), and federal courts in the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.

With over 45 years of experience, Bailey began practicing at age 22 and opened his firm at 24. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, National Trucking Lawyers Top 10, National Brain Injury Lawyers Top 25, and National Motor Vehicles/Motorcycle Lawyers Top 25. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Mississippi Association for Justice, and Tennessee Association for Justice.
