Jake McElroy

Jake McElroy is a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney at Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers' Columbia office. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, he earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Georgia Southern University and Augusta University, making the Dean's List, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2022. He began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor in York County's 16th Judicial Circuit before practicing creditor rights and then joining Joye. He prioritizes empathy and communication, aiming to give clients clarity about the process so they can focus on healing.
