James Joseph

James Joseph is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers in San Diego, California. A civil litigator dedicated to fighting for victims, he has secured millions of dollars for clients since joining the firm in 2020. He handles all aspects of personal injury cases from pre-litigation negotiations and client treatment through discovery, mediation, and trial. He also represents clients in employment law matters such as wage theft and discrimination claims.
