Phillip Grubaugh

Phillip B. Grubaugh is Of Counsel at Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys, with 49+ years of legal experience since 1975. He began his career at Watson Ess Marshall & Engass, then spent over three decades at Deacy & Deacy, LLP, where he was a partner handling personal injury defense, commercial litigation, and appellate cases. In 2012 he moved to the plaintiff's side, joining KCAIA to represent seriously injured clients in the Kansas City metro area. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Missouri and earned Order of the Coif honors at the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law, finishing in the top ten of his class.
