Troy Rivera

Troy K. Rivera has been an attorney since 1999 and joined the Ken Nunn Law Office in 2005, with a primary focus on personal injury law. He is a US Army Military Police K-9 veteran. Before joining the firm, Troy served as a Major Felony Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County with extensive experience prosecuting major felonies, including murders. Troy leads the State of Indiana for the most reported civil jury trials and has been recognized as the most prolific trial attorney by the Indiana Jury Verdict Reporter. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, all Circuit and Superior Courts in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Troy is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, has been selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, has served as a speaker for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and was selected to the 2026 Indiana Super Lawyers list.
